Job Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation efforts and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on CRM strategy, marketing analytics, and content execution. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution to optimize marketing efforts and support Revenue Storm’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.

Requirements for Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Alternatively, 10 years of relevant career experience will also be considered
- 5-10 years experience in a strategic marketing role, with a strong focus on lead generation, content strategy and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, etc.).
- B2B experience preferred.
- L&D experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
