Job Description
Growing payment technology company in Northeast, Florida, has an immediate opening for a full time, permanent Client Success, Team Lead, working in our Palm Beach Gardens HQ office.
This is an ideal position for an energetic individual who prefers the dynamics of working in a high growth, entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. This position is office based and not remote.
Job Requirements
Ø Merchant Payment Processing, Merchant Services or Fintech experience required, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Ø Requires strong verbal, written communication skills and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ø Prior Team Lead experience with Client Success Representatives in the Merchant Services industry preferred.
Ø Be able to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and change direction quickly if needed.
Ø Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for VIP client interaction.
