Your job involves the scheduling of procedures, appointments, and tests, plus supporting patient visits by collecting info and making sure doctors have what they need to provide outstanding care. You enjoy meeting new people, making connections effortlessly, and making every patient feel appreciated and important. Your role is key-you're often the first face patients see in the organization, significantly shaping the patient care experience. Don't worry if you're new to patient care; with at least two years in customer service, we provide comprehensive training for you to effectively support our patients and physicians. You're proactive in embracing challenges and committed to providing exceptional service to both patients and physicians. Representing a reputable company, you take pride in contributing to the excellence of the patient care experience.Essential Job Functions : Experience with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in ten-key and keyboarding. Ability to work well with others in a cooperative and collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Willingness to travel and drive to different clinic locations. Prior healthcare experience is a plus.Qualifications : Two years of experience in customer service or related role. We will train the right person!
