Job Title: Project Manager
Location: New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budget tracking.
- Ensure adherence to industry guidelines (FDA, GMP, GxP) and internal quality systems.
- Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) lifecycle, including root cause analysis and closure.
- Track project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of project management experience in pharma or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, GMP regulations, and quality compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- PMP certification or Six Sigma/Lean background is a plus.
