The Role:
The Wedding Coordinator will report directly to the Lead Wedding Coordinator. This role is designed to be the primary point of contact for all wedding film clients and will be required to help all assigned clients from booking through their wedding day, and even after the wedding day. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all information leading up to the wedding day is compiled and communicated to our team of filmmakers, editors, and internal staff to ensure successful production of their purchased film deliverables. This role is successfully carried out once the client receives their wedding film deliverables within timeframe expectations and is wholefully happy with their deliverables. A Wedding Coordinator for Reverent is someone who enjoys working directly with brides, grooms, planners, photographers, and other vendors to ensure the entire wedding film process runs smoothly and efficiently once the client has booked our services. Having the ability, skill, and confidence to set expectations through effective communication is key to the success of this role.

Our team has both filmed and edited over 2000 weddings in Texas since 2016. Our vision is to continue expanding our operations and team to film more weddings outside of Texas on a more consistent basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project management via third party applications
- Daily upkeep of the Coordinator Tracker and updating status’
- Communicate with vendors, filmmakers, and editors
- Sending contract addendums and balances to clients
- Communicating with clients via phone calls, texts, and emails
- Sending films and other deliverables to clients, vendors, etc.
- Printing and shipment of film deliverables to clients
- Scheduling meetings via Google Calendar
- Attending company meetings and functions
- Assisting with shows or expos if needed (Weekend availability is necessary for these shows just a few times a year)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is not required if industry experience is equivalent
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Slides, and Adobe Products (Microsoft equivalence acceptable)
- Knowledge of Basecamp, Odoo, and Pandadoc software (or willing to be trained)
- Flexible with change and able to make decisions quickly
- Trustworthy in handling highly sensitive information
- Ability to get along well with any personality
- High level of communication, both written and oral

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
