Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Telephone Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling system.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
Assist clients with basic questions regarding treatments, procedures, and policies.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient communication.
Maintain accurate patient records in our system.
Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and service inquiries.
Handle general administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with medical or wellness services (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required).
Prior experience in a relevant industry such as healthcare, wellness, or customer service is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
