Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for aquiring new customer accounts, analyzing credit data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in financial services, outside sales B2B, and the ability to detect and prevent fraud. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our credit processes while providing exceptional customer service.

For exerpieced reps that have a book of business, you can count on start up bonuses, free equipment, pay based on direct to bank schedule A. We are not a sub rep or a sub company. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications to assess risk and determine creditworthiness.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts, payment options, and credit policies.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Monitor accounts for signs of fraud and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• We Provide bilingual support as needed to assist a diverse customer base.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact credit operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and fraud prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data entry and using financial software applications effectively.
