Responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit applications to assess risk and determine creditworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts, payment options, and credit policies.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Monitor accounts for signs of fraud and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- We Provide bilingual support as needed to assist a diverse customer base.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact credit operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and fraud prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data entry and using financial software applications effectively.
