The Senior UX / UI Designer is solutions-oriented, with a deep understanding of both visual and UX design, best practices, and proficiency in wireframing tools. This role will involve designing user experiences for web-based applications, websites, and conference engagements. The candidate will collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, strategists, and developers to translate user needs into interaction designs that drive intuitive and exceptional experiences.

This is a 6-month contract position. The role is primarily remote with occasional time in the office, approximately 1 day a week.

What You'll Do :

• Create low, medium and high-fi wireframes, conceptual diagrams, sitemaps, user flows, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to find balanced solutions to complex user, business and technical challenges
• Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products / experiences and bring new ideas to the team
• Create, evaluate, and modify high and low-fidelity prototypes to support the development process. Facilitate iterative testing of prototypes.
• Design highly usable interfaces for multiple channels - web, mobile, iPad, and touch screen kiosks and construct UI components for use by designers and developers
• Write easy-to-read and comprehensive functional documentation
• Manage the delegation of projects to another UX team member and provide feedback and guidance when needed
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively while balancing speed and quality
