As a Medical Strategy Director, you will be the scientific and clinical expert providing strategic guidance to internal teams and clients. You will leverage science for brand differentiation and communications, collaborate with writers to ensure scientific relevance and develop strategies to make brands stand out from a medical perspective. This is a critical role that will ensure the medical integrity, topicality and timeliness of the content for client projects and help ensure compliance across Medical and Legal.

What You'll Do :
- Lead medically related client interactions across multiple accounts.
- Participate in new business pitch teams as needed.
- Provide medical strategic guidance and leadership on assigned accounts and discuss strategic recommendations with the client.
- Build working relationships with key client marketing and medical personnel.
- Manage and mentor junior writers supporting assigned accounts.
- Own medical writing activities for multiple projects; developing clinical document strategy with minimal direction while working cross-functionally and with a high level of independence.
- Ensure high-quality execution with regard to scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format consistency, and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, styles, and processes.
- Remain up-to-date with the medical literature relevant to the client's brands.
- Identify medical opportunities for strategic and tactical development.
- Present in various settings : internal meetings, client meetings, and pitch presentations.
- Clearly communicate medical concepts in a concise, audience-appropriate manner.
- Manage workflow and ensure team deadlines are met.
