Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our home. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming as well as organized. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with common cleaning standards. Paying close attention to detail
• Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to clients and family memeber requests courteously and efficiently.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required for specific facilities or events.
• Deep clean and organize toys and areas of clutter

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is requires
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Ability to work efficiently, fast and independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• maintaining the home and a professional level of confidentiality
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Be available to be on call or local in the event of an urgent need

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
