What are the responsibilities and job description for the Horticulture Specialist position at revi DESIGN, LLC.?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Horticulture services such as but not limited to; Tree and Shrub pruning, Application of Selective and Non-Selective Herbicides, Tree and Shrub Care, Perennial and Annual Care etc.
- Responsible for designing and installation of annual beds.
- Maintain vegetation control in landscape beds to all Commercial and Residential customers.
- Will be expected to use knowledge to identify and remediate Ornamental Disease and Pest problems
- Work effectively and efficiently with specialized equipment, such as, but not limited to: motorized watering systems, pruners, hand tools etc.
- Ability to create training programs and train others
Experience and Education Requirements:
- BA or Associate Degree in Horticulture Studies -Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of Commercial Horticulture Experience
- Plant Identification Knowledge
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Class 3.0 Pesticide Applicators License suggested- Revi Design will aid with obtaining License if needed
- Detailed oriented with focus on quality
