Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior-level leader to oversee, manage, design, and execute our enterprise business systems architecture and team. This role is pivotal in aligning our technical systems with strategic business goals across departments.
\n- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of our enterprise business systems architecture.
- Manage and mentor a team of systems and integration professionals.
- Partner closely with GTM, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee core systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and our HRIS platform, along with 25 integrations across the business.
- Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with organizational growth and compliance needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation within the business systems landscape.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise business systems in a high-growth environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data governance, and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into efficient and scalable system solutions.
