In this hybrid role based in the Houston area, you will blend technical expertise with consultative skills to provide comprehensive operational support, maintenance, and enhancements for OpenText Content Server. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and customize scalable, secure, and innovative content management solutions that drive business value.
Core Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication : Work directly with client stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Application Support : Administer and troubleshoot OpenText technologies, addressing challenges related to content type models, workflows, and security frameworks.
