Location: Revitalize Ketamine Clinic, Flagstaff, AZ

We specialize in ketamine infusions, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and other evidence-based treatments that restore hope and optimize mental health.
Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TMS Technician and Insurance Billing Specialist to join our Flagstaff clinic. In this hybrid role, you will play a vital part in expanding access to transformative treatments. Your responsibilities will include administering TMS therapy, completing insurance prior authorizations, ensuring thorough follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities:
- TMS Administration:
- Deliver TMS treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure client comfort and safety during each session.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and report progress to the supervising PMHNPs.
- Insurance Billing and Prior Authorizations:
- Complete and manage insurance prior authorizations for TMS and other services.
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for treatment.
- Work with the billing department to address claims and resolve issues.
- Client Care Coordination:
- Provide personalized follow-up care, including scheduling and tracking treatment plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client charts in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Serve as a compassionate point of contact for clients undergoing treatment.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Jill and Casey Dubravcic, PMHNP-BC, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the clinic's goals of increasing access to life-saving treatments.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
- Certification or willingness to become certified as a TMS Technician.
- Experience in insurance billing, including prior authorizations and claims management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Preferred:
- Background in healthcare or mental health services.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
