What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager Trainee position at Revitalized Acquisitions?
Revitalized Acquisitions is looking to employ a detail-oriented entry-level Account Manager Trainee. Our company is responsible for developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships between our clients and their consumers; therefore the Account Manager Trainee should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Primary duties include interacting with customers face to face to handle complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our clients' products and services. The Account Manager Trainee will also attend daily meetings to further product knowledge and to strengthen personal development to improve clientele knowledge and understanding.
Duties:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive buying experience.
- Maintain knowledge in regards to plans.
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain sales floor standards such as housekeeping and store presentation standards.
- Establish new accounts for our clients while maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Basic technical competence in Windows/iOS
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
