Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Hormone & Sexual Wellness

RevitalyzeMD is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an NP who is passionate about hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and regenerative medicine while also understanding the importance of patient consultations, education, and treatment plan conversions.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and consultation abilities, and a deep commitment to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. This role requires the ability to educate patients, guide them through treatment options, and support them in making informed decisions about their care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) – Consultations & Treatment Management

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient symptoms, medical history, and lab results.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including bioidentical hormone therapy options.
• Educate patients on the benefits and risks of hormone optimization, ensuring they fully understand their treatment path.
• Provide ongoing patient management, including follow-ups, dose adjustments, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term adherence to therapy.

2. Sexual Wellness – Patient Consultation & Treatment Oversight

• Perform in-depth sexual wellness consultations, understanding patient concerns and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Oversee treatment plans for Sexual Wellness Services
• Provide clear patient education to increase confidence in treatment options.
• Adjust treatments and manage patient concerns as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

3. Peptide Therapy – Consultations & Patient Guidance

• Educate patients on the role of peptides in anti-aging, fat loss, muscle growth, cognitive function, and recovery.
• Develop and oversee personalized peptide protocols tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

4. Clinical Team Leadership & Support

• Provide oversight and support to the clinical team, including RNs and MAs.
• Assist with patient questions, ensuring seamless coordination between the medical team and front office staff.
• Support the clinical lead with administrative duties related to patient care and treatment planning.

5. Patient Communication & Education

• Ensure all consultations are thorough, educational, and solution-driven, helping patients feel confident in their treatment choices.
• Handle patient questions and objections professionally, guiding them toward appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the front office and patient coordinators to ensure smooth patient scheduling and follow-ups.

6. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Participate in educational content creation to enhance patient understanding of available treatments.
• Support social media engagement by sharing expertise and answering common patient questions.

Consultation & Sales Responsibilities

• Guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they understand why a treatment is recommended and how it will benefit them.
• Approach consultations with an educational mindset, while also ensuring patients commit to the best treatment plan for their needs.
• Handle common objections with clarity and professionalism, ensuring patients feel confident in their decisions.
• Follow up with patients who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled treatment.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Tennessee.
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, or regenerative medicine preferred.
• Strong ability to educate and guide patients through treatment options.
• Experience with consultative sales or treatment plan recommendations in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to high-level patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and support both clinical and administrative functions.
