In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients considering our wellness and aesthetic treatments, providing personalized recommendations, overcoming objections, and guiding them toward the solutions that best fit their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Consultations:
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to understand patient needs and educate them on the benefits of our treatments and services.
- Offer tailored recommendations for treatments, memberships, and packages that align with patient goals.
Patient Relationship Management:
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with prospective patients who haven’t yet scheduled to keep them engaged and informed.
Sales Execution:
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals for consultations and service packages.
- Communicate the value of our treatments in a way that resonates with patients, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the front desk, RNs, and aesthetic providers to ensure seamless patient handoffs and exceptional care.
- Provide feedback to leadership on patient concerns, sales trends, and opportunities for growth.
Administrative Support:
- Accurately document consultations and sales activity in our CRM system (ModMed).
- Track and manage patient follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience, ideally in wellness, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques, with a proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple consultations and follow-ups daily.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping patients achieve their health and aesthetic goals.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with wellness and aesthetic services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), injectables, laser treatments, and skincare.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Highlevel).
- Background in B2C sales
