Manufacturing Technician

Reviva, Inc. is looking for talented candidates driven to work on a team dedicated to manufacturing excellence. Reviva has provided high quality remanufactured diesel engine and engine components for over 75 years. We are a family owned and operated company that has grown into the largest independently owned and operated diesel and gas engine remanufacturer in North America. We have immediate openings for 1st shift Production Technicians in Disassembly, Detailing and Washing areas working at the Brooklyn Center manufacturing operation. This position with be responsible for dissasembly of old diesel engines, using various hand and power tools, followed by a cleaning and detailing process.

• Perform remanufacturing, cleaning functions to required specifications.
• use hand and power tools to disassemble engine components.
• Use hand grinders and various brushes to detail parts back to correct specification.
• Use industrial washing machines to clean parts in a timely manner.
• Follow all processes according to our standard work manuals.
• Operate stationary or moving overhead hoists, forklifts, baskets and carts.
• Work on a team to meet internal and external customer demand.
• Excellent team member, communication skills.
• Open to consider new graduate from technical school.

Qualifications

• Prefer some type of production experience in a manufacturing environment and someone who likes working with hands, tools to solve problems and comfortable in a dirty, hot environment.
• Prior experience working on engines is a plus.
• Experience using hand and power tools Required.

Shift: 5am-3:30 pm. Monday -Thursday

Pay: We offer salaries and opportunities for career growth. Starting pay for this position typically falls within the range of $20-$21 per hour.. corresponding with experience. this is a weekly pay opportunity.
