Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including the front of house and kitchen.
- Manage and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and bussers to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are attended to promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of banquets, events, and special functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor the kitchen and ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Provide help and support to kitchen staff as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, teamwork, and customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize menu offerings and improve the overall dining experience.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of hospitality and customer service standards.
- Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cash handling and management is essential.
- Hospitality and customer service certifications are desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
