Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Relocation Specialist to join our team. The Relocation Specialist will leverage their organizational skills and market knowledge to provide exceptional service and support throughout the relocation process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their relocation needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in navigating the real estate market, providing insights on available properties and neighborhoods.
- Coordinate logistics for relocations, including scheduling property viewings and managing timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with administrative protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations throughout the relocation process.
- Provide support in property management tasks as needed, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the relocation.
- Stay informed about local market trends and real estate laws to offer clients up-to-date information.
- Foster relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and other stakeholders involved in the relocation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering projects under the Uniform Relocation Act is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or real estate administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction.

Comfort and willingness to work directly with lower-income households, including senior and disabled residents.
- This is a 1099 contract position. No fringe benefits are included. Work to be done under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
- Driver license and access to reliable transportation is required.
