Position Overview:
The Christian Sober Living Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sober living home, ensuring a supportive and structured environment for our residents. This role involves upholding Christian values, managing house rules, and facilitating both spiritual and personal growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a role model in recovery and faith, actively participate in the community, and contribute to a positive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Drug Testing: Conduct drug tests for all residents on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with sobriety requirements.
- Spiritual Leadership: Lead a weekly Bible study and house meeting, providing spiritual guidance and support to residents.
- Curfew and Conflict Management: Enforce curfews and mediate any conflicts that arise among residents, promoting a harmonious living environment.
- Example of Recovery and Christianity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to both recovery and Christian principles, serving as a role model for residents.
- Daily Operations: Oversee the general upkeep of the home, including managing household chores and ensuring adherence to house rules.
Qualifications:
