Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist in coordinating events and workshops.
- Assist in daily operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the Woodforest location
- Collaborate with the team to implement and improve office processes.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Flexibility to work Part-time hours. Availability Monday to Sunday
