We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our mobile wound care provider practice servicing patients with advanced wounds in their homes and/or in Assisted Living Facilities, throughout the Salisbury/Ocean City area.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide advanced wound care and monitor patient progress, ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients on health management and wellness strategies.

Required:
- Active professional license in the state of Maryland
- Pass all background checks
- Available Mon-Fri 9-5
- Comfortable with wound care
- Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
- Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic
