Seeking Nurse Practitioner for mobile advanced wound care services to treat patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Bronx/Brooklyn/Queens/Long Island.

Required:
- Active NP License in the state
- Available Mon-Fri 9-5
- Pass all background checks
- Comfortable with wound care
- Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
- Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic
- Wound Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility/Home Care experience preferred
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
