Role: Mental Health Clinician (W2)
Job Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours), Salaried Position, open to Part-Time (20 hours) for the right fit
Location(s): CT (Stamford/Norwalk), with some remote flexibility
Description: Revive is hiring full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinicians, to work with a diverse set of clients, in both of our Connecticut offices. Ideal candidates have the ability to work independently and professionally, and are eager to learn, grow, and participate in our lively and supportive community of wellness professionals.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of about 32 clients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation for client caseload for all wellness services rendered
- Create and maintain the treatment plan for wellness services provided to all clients
- Manage communication with clients as it relates to treatment, payment obligations, and emergency services
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings
- Participate in Marketing and Wellness events within the community
- Complete phone consultations for prospective clients
- Provide in-office support to colleagues/complete some administrative assignments
- Comply with Federal and State laws governing the practice of professional services
License Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC or eligible in the state you are applying to work (additional states are a plus!)
