Revive & Co. is an independently owned and operated quick serve restaurant chain operating in Weymouth and Milton. We are one of the few options in the south shore for nutrient dense and fresh food. We are growing quickly and are looking to have someone join our team who wants to be part of a positive work environment that strives to help others eat food that is good for you and tastes great.
The Cafe Manager at Revive & Co in Weymouth is responsible for the overall day to day operations. As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, customer relations, product ordering and inventory, hiring, and administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, prior restaurant supervising experience is a bonus. Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Direct day-to-day operations of the store
- Creating and managing store schedule
- Managing product ordering and store inventory
- Managing cash handling
- Hiring, training, and developing staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
- Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team
- Managing front end, juice shop, food preparation and dining room
- Ensuring food quality, health and safety protocols are being followed

Prior Experience & Qualifications:
Candidates with prior experience in the following items will be considered for the position of Restaurant Manager:
- Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
- Full-time availability
