Full Job Description :

Local home remodeling company service Tampa Bay area. As a project manager, you will manage 6-10 home remodeling projects, recruit and manage crews, and deliver 5 star customer service.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of home remodeling including : plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc.
  • Ability to recruit and manage construction crews for remodels throughout Tampa Bay
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growing business
  • Must be a self-starter and a leader
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills!
  • Must pass a background check

  • Competitive salary based on experience ($75,000 - $85,000)
  • 110,000 - $130,000 1st year potential. Salary plus performance-based bonuses and commissions
  • Earn commissions for earning repeat business from the projects you manage (No limit to the amount you can earn.)
