Responsibilities
- The Personal Lines Account Manager will perform the essential duties of assisting producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
- The individual who fills this position is the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven insurance Account Management and independent P&C insurance brokerage required.
- Must have an active P&C insurance license.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
