Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Therapist at Revive Ministries, Inc. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing support and guidance to clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Clinical therapy skills, including individual and group therapy
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating SUD
- Licensure as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in the state of Kentucky
- Experience working in addiction treatment or mental health settings
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy
