Position Summary
ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator is vital in supporting attorneys by managing the intake process and ensuring smooth case handling from initial client contact through closing. This position establishes rapport with potential clients, obtains necessary documentation, and maintains an organized case management system. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake and Follow-Up :
- Promptly contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and email.
- Collect all Authorization Letters of Protection (ALOP) and required paperwork.
- Gather pertinent information through professional and empathetic client interactions.
