Revive Performance Training is a non-traditional fitness facility in Youngsville, LA. An alternative to the mainstream gym, we exist to help those who have not achieved the results they want from a typical health club.
You won’t find a treadmill inside Revive. Our unique training facility is designed to provide adults and athletes with a total training experience.
Revive is accepting applications for the position of Fitness Coach from health-minded individuals who are driven to help those around them through fitness. Revive focuses on results, not numbers, to ensure that our members enjoy their training as they train like athletes to feel like athletes.
A Fitness Coach at Revive must:
- Demonstrate a well-rounded background in fitness and exercise technique
- Understand anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology while continuing education in the ever-changing health & fitness industry
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate, train, and coach in individual, small group, and large group formats while adhering to the Revive Performance Training programming model
- Promote Revive Performance Training's fitness philosophy and programming at all times when working at Revive
A Fitness Coach at Revive will be expected to:
- Lift a weight load of 50 lbs. The position requires physical work, instruction of classes, and frequent lifting
- Attend and contribute to all staff and coach meetings along with training sessions as directed
- Become versed on Revive's pricing, promotions, and activities within the club
- Encourage member participation in special events
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve and set new goals
- Interact with members to foster the Revive community including its special events

Education Requirements
- Up to date: Nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR, AED, and first aid certifications
Required Experience:
- At least one year of experience as a trainer
Job Type:
- Part-time position- Afternoon shift from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Minimum of 10 hours plus per week. Rotating Saturdays will be required.
- Responsible to Manager

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
