Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director in donor and prospect engagement, project management, online research, and letter drafting
- Collaborate with the science team to develop quarterly reports to current funders and grant proposals for new funding
- Manage robust donor profiles and interactions in Salesforce
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a C-level executive assistant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other cloud-based systems
