About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Executive Director in donor and prospect engagement, project management, online research, and letter drafting
- Managing robust donor profiles and interactions in Salesforce
- Developing and maintaining collateral for funding opportunities with private individuals, family foundations, and federal grants
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a C-level executive assistant
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other cloud-based systems
