Key Responsibilities :

Prescription Processing :

Sort incoming faxed prescriptions, patient clinical and billing documentation, clinic billing information, and prescription clarifications.

• Investigate clinical documentation and prescription clarifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Establish entry priorities based on criticality and urgency.

Data Entry :

Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy database, meticulously verifying details for accuracy.

Database Management :

Maintain the pharmacy database by ensuring all tasks are completed at the end of each day.

Quality Assurance :

Conduct regular reviews of entered data to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

Collaboration :

Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to prescription processing.
