Clinical Director LICSW - Full-Time Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director (LICSW) to join our organization and provide leadership in the delivery of evidence-based mental health services. This is an opportunity to shape and enhance the clinical services we provide to our community while maintaining a personal connection to clients.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Director (LICSW) will be responsible for the following :
- Leading and inspiring the clinical team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical programs to meet community needs and organizational goals.
- Establishing and upholding clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Recruiting, on-boarding, and supervising a team of highly qualified clinical professionals, while fostering their growth through mentorship and professional development.
- Managing a caseload of at least 10 clients weekly, ensuring personalized and impactful therapeutic care.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to integrate clinical services and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Analyzing clinical and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
- Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders to further the mission and goals of the organization.
- Staying informed of trends and best practices in social work and mental health, applying new insights to improve services.
