We are looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Aesthetic Physician Assistant to join our team and play a key role in delivering expert care to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various medical conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as IV infusions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and sterile processing standards.
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, assess individual needs, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide pre- and post-treatment education to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or PA License in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in medication administration and infection control practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed clinical decisions.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, injectables, or dermatology (preferred, but training available for the right candidate)
• Passion for wellness, skincare, weight loss and client-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
