We are looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Aesthetic Physician Assistant to join our team and play a key role in delivering expert care to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat various medical conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and perform procedures such as IV infusions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and sterile processing standards.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations, assess individual needs, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide pre- and post-treatment education to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or PA License in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in medication administration and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed clinical decisions.
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, injectables, or dermatology (preferred, but training available for the right candidate)
- Passion for wellness, skincare, weight loss and client-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
