Your Opportunity

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Proven Success: 7 years of client-facing experience in growth marketing or consulting, ideally within the health benefits, wellness, or health plan space, working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Strategic Mindset: A Bachelor's degree is essential; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: You're an innovative thinker who can influence, negotiate, and build win-win relationships.
  • Healthcare Savvy: Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, particularly in health benefits and care delivery (experience with self-funded employer groups is essential).
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to command a room and influence thinking.
  • Results-Oriented: A high sense of urgency and a passion for driving tangible results.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Experience in crafting and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Presentation Powerhouse: A long track record of delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
