Overview: The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the marketing team, supporting in executing high-impact initiatives across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in building and optimizing digital workflows, supporting brand campaigns, strategizing with the marketing team on growth tactics, and working on the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events. The Marketing Coordinator also helps maintain our digital presence by assisting with updates across online platforms, sourcing and proofreading content, and proactively contributing fresh ideas to amplify our brand. Additionally, they liaise with external partners and vendors, track campaign performance, and compile reports to inform future strategy. Operating within a fast-paced, science-driven wellness company, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to keep marketing operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, optimize, and report on email marketing workflows that nurture leads and engage customers at every stage of their journey
Implement and manage marketing automation systems that improve efficiency and personalization across channels
Support our social media teamwhere necessary with strategy, content scheduling, messaging consistency, and automation tools that amplify our reach
Assist with campaign planning, execution, and reporting to ensure marketing initiatives meet company’s strategic objectives
Build and maintain internal digital workflows that support team efficiency and project tracking
Maintain marketing collateral and coordinate with designers to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Coordinate vendor relationships and manage project timelines for marketing initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to inform future strategy
Coordinate and execute marketing events from planning through post-event analysis, ensuring seamless experiences that reflect our brand voice and goals
