Job Title: Hybrid Territory Manager


Who We're Looking For: A highly motivated and results driven Territory Manager to drive sales growth by effectively managing leads, building client relationships, and utilizing our CRM to optimize the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This role requires proficiency in CRM tools, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to be agile in a fast-paced evolving market. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inside Sales Activities (80%):
  • Utilize Power CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails using Power CRM to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to prospects using Power CRM and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team. 


2. Outside Sales Activities (20%):
  • Conduct occasional face-to-face meetings and presentations with providers, clinics, and other potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through occasional visits and check-ins.
  • Identify new business opportunities and networking events to expand the company's presence and reach in the market. 


3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and provide personalized service and support.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution. 


4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using Power CRM.
  • Utilize PowerBI to analyze sales data and trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular reports to management on inside sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university is required.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Power CRM.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience with sales reporting and analysis, preferably using PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
