- This is a brand-new store located at 8005 Blondo St Omaha, NE and we are currently in the process of preparing for its grand opening.
- All interviews and initial training will be held at a nearby existing store located at 1817 W Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Receiving Lead, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following:
- Supervise and participate in the daily receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Train, mentor, and lead receiving team members, providing guidance on best practices.
- Conduct daily inspections and perform routine maintenance on forklifts.
- Coordinate unloading, staging, and organization of products and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with trash removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to minimize accidents.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, the use of safety equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ensure that the workspace and aisles are free from clutter and trash.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day.
- The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, climbing, bending, and lifting products up to 40 pounds, and staying active throughout your shift.
- Work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Management may assign other tasks as needed.
- Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous forklift certification/license required
- 2 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
