Position Summary:

(This position can be located at our Dover or Manchester NH Location)

The Casino Player Development Manager is responsible for, but are not limited to, overseeing the Casino Host team including scheduling and goal monitoring, plus cultivating relationships with VIP guests, maintaining a dedicated VIP database, increasing player revenues, and creating and implementing special events.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Supervise the Casino Host at each of our Revo Casino and Social House locations

· Oversee the Casino Host team including setting business appropriate schedules, establishing Host goals, and monitoring goal progress

· Establish department standards, guidelines and objectives, and maintain other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of assigned areas.

· Implement strategies to increase club membership, loyalty, and casino revenue

· Manage overall execution of the casino Player Development initiatives and events

· Ensure daily and monthly goals for events, parties, New Member sign-ups and more are met or exceeded

· Complete the reporting of department personnel goals, both individual and team, and coordinate with the Regional Director of Marketing

· Represent the casino at on and off-property events

· Coordinate and implement player special events

· Support Slot and Table Games marketing

· Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding the guests’ expectations for a resolution

· Provide next-level guest service to internal and external guests

· Attend and supports all casino special events and promotions

· Mentor, coach, and develop employees to be effective supervisors and outstanding representatives of Revo Casino and Social House

· Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with Company policy and state regulations

· Perform other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree plus, one or more years of related experience and/or training; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

· Must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public. Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform job duties.

· Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.

· Strong oral and written skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Must be good at math and writing.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the successful completion of all essential responsibilities.

· Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights. (Exposed to secondhand smoke except in Keene, change that to “Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights”)

· Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift. (depending on the position)
