Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Table Games Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of all Table Games, Poker, and Sports Betting operations across Revo Casino properties. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, revenue growth, labor control, and full compliance with regulatory standards. The role holds full P&L responsibility for Table Games, Poker, and Sports Betting and is accountable for reviewing financial performance, ensuring reporting accuracy, and managing labor effectively through the FTE Report. A key focus includes spearheading the recruitment and execution of Table Games Dealer Training to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversees Table Games, Poker, and Sports Betting operations across multiple Revo Casino properties.
- Aligns departmental goals and execution with Revo Casino’s overall strategic plan and growth initiatives.
- Leads long-term planning and tactical implementation to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Holds full P&L responsibility for Table Games, Poker, and Sports Betting departments.
- Reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Actively manages labor costs and staffing strategies using FTE Reports and performance forecasting.
- Works closely with Finance and HR teams to align staffing levels and schedules with business needs and budget expectations.
- Leads the recruitment, planning, and execution of Table Games Dealer Training programs.
- Ensures the quality and consistency of training to build a high-performing dealer team across all properties.
- Identifies internal talent for development and upward mobility.
- Establishes and enforces department policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
- Analyzes operational metrics such as win per unit, hold percentage, game mix, and occupancy to optimize performance.
- Develops standards for table game yielding and provides training to team members to ensure consistent implementation and to maximize revenue potential.
- Ensures full compliance with all gaming regulations, Title 31, and internal control procedures.
- Collaborates with compliance and regulatory teams to respond to audits and maintain the integrity of all operations.
- Reviews, understands, and enforces all Revo Casino policies and procedures
- Drives a guest-first culture by supporting service training and coaching at all levels.
- Champions initiatives that enhance the player experience and strengthen loyalty.
- Leads, mentors, and develops a diverse management team, ensuring accountability and a culture of excellence.
- Sets clear expectations, provides regular feedback, and fosters a high-performance environment.
- Partners with departments such as Marketing, HHR Operations, Surveillance, Security, and IT to support integrated strategies and smooth operations.
- Shares best practices across locations to ensure operational consistency and innovation.
- Builds and fosters collaborative and professional relationships with vendors, colleagues, Team Members and other interested parties.
- Monitors emerging trends and technology in casino gaming, sports betting, and poker.
- Evaluates and implements initiatives that elevate the gaming experience and drive competitive advantage.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Table Games, Poker, or Sports Betting.
- Proven experience managing multi-property operations and dealer training programs.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with strong experience in P&L accountability and labor cost control.
- Advanced understanding of casino gaming regulations, compliance practices, and responsible gaming initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications.
- Ability to travel between Revo Casino properties as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Team members frequently are required to talk or listen. The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
