What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Bookkeeping Assistant position at Revo Consulting?
Renovo Consulting LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level bookkeeping role. This is a part-time position (16–24 hrs/week) with potential for full-time after 90 days.
What You’ll Do:
Work alongside our Director of Account Management
Handle client data entry, record-keeping, and expense tracking
Verify financial information and assist in reporting
Optional client-facing opportunities
Flexible hours (as long as weekly deadlines are met)
Weekly Tuesday whole team meeting (2 hours)
Pay & Perks:Paid training: $10/hr for first 40 hours (if required)
Base pay: $12/hr (more with experience or certifications)
Quarterly bonuses: $600–$1,000 average based on performance
Dedicated, equipped office space
Advancement opportunities and raises based on performance
Qualifications:
Must be 18 with reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with QuickBooks or Excel preferred
Highschool Diploma or GED
Associates in Finance or Business Preferred but No degree required – great entry point into a financial career
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Schedule:
