We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support our passionate, faith-driven, disorganized, and innovative founder as we grow and develop our business, and help him show up as his best self to his team, clients, and family.
Our ideal candidate possesses these qualities and qualifications:
- Organized Go-Getter: Your primary function is to relieve Mike's heavy administrative workload with minimal supervision and organize his life with accuracy.
- Accounting and/or tax industry experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker: Tax terminology and the pulse of a tax advocacy firm are unique in the marketplace. Your experience in this field will put you among the top candidates.
- Computer Savvy and Innovative: You'll make it if you're able to use and experiment with different computer software (Wolters CCH, MS Office, Calendly, software integrations) and/or have a quick learner attitude.
- Confident and Precise Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep in touch with clients, visitors, and our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Executive support:
- Email management for Founding Partner
- Typing, filing, scanning, report production
- Gatekeeper and gateway to executive
- Consultation and calendar management
- Client/team-facing activities:
- Holding team accountable for deliverables
- Client follow-up and tax project management
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors and guests, attend sales and consultation calls, take care of follow-ups
- Project management for tax and other misc. projects
- Event management
- Personal assistance:
- Errand running
- Personal calendar management
- Non-profit work support and organization
What we offer is a laid-back, family-centric environment. We offer health and life insurance, PTO, and 401k matching. Salary is $55-75k/year based on experience with a bonus structure and growth opportunities. This is a full-time, in-office position with some flexibility, M-F during business hours.
