We’re looking for experienced financial business analysts, accountants, and tech professionals interested in cross-training in Microsoft, on a two-year program that includes paid training, certifications, and work placement with some of the best-name brands in the sector.

The opportunity

Over 10 weeks, we’ll provide you with the initial training you’ll need to get you up to speed with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support you to gain your industry certifications as a Microsoft Functional Consultant in Finance and Operations (F&O). We’ll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.

Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Microsoft training provider, you’ll have a custom learning and development plan and a personal career development coach to help you become the best at what you do.

Once you’re trained and certified, you’ll work as a Revolent Microsoft Functional Consultant (F&O) with one (or more) of our clients. Your role could include:

· Business process mapping

· Requirements gathering

· Creating documentation and functional designs

· Systems analysis

· Describing the art of the possible

· Stakeholder management

Who we’re looking for

To apply for this program, you’ll need to have previous experience with finance and accounting processes (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, etc.). You may also have previous experience in a functional role, having developed an understanding of how businesses are set up and operate at different levels.

Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate at least some of the following:

· Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

· Experience evaluating business processes and recommending improvements

· Experience building and maintaining positive client-peer relationships

· Demonstratable experience in evaluating new techniques and utilizing key elements

· familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word)

· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.

To apply for this program, you’ll also need to be:

- Willing to commit to a minimum of two years’ working with Revolent, post training

- Living within a commutable distance of any large airport hub in the US, in order to accommodate client travel requirements

- Able to travel as required by the client

- Available to start training in April 2022
