We're looking for a Head of Strategy & Operations to solve the toughest problems while we expand our global fintech into the Philippines. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.
What you'll be doing
- Being an entrepreneurial agent of Revolut, project-managing work-flow to launch Revolut, and setting up a new office in the Philippines
- Scoping the Philippines for Revolut to enter and then being the driving force behind executing on entry and implementation strategy
- Achieving product market fit and driving P&L
- Developing strategic partnerships with regulators, key operational, and growth partners in the Philippines
- Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in London and our global offices
- Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
- Working closely with the Global Authorisations (Licensing) team to deliver on Revolut's ability to operate with a licence in the Philippines
- Hiring a superstar team by end of year 1 to build a foundation for the official launch and beyond
- Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems
