Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our shrink packaging film business across the U.S. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within multiple industries, including food and beverage, consumer goods, and industrial packaging.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, expanding the customer base.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet sales objectives.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, provide regular reports to leadership, and forecast future sales trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, of equivalent experience in packaging related field.
  • 5 years of sales or sales management experience in the shrink packaging film or flexible packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of national or regional sales growth and business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with distributors, OEMs, and end-users in packaging.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling shrink films such as polyolefin, PVC, or polyethylene films.
  • Technical knowledge of packaging machinery and film applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $140k-$160k variable incentive  (commission/bonus structure) Benefits PTO
