As an appointment setter’s your primary goal is to engage potential patients and set up meetings for the sales team. The Treatment Coordinators and Doctors meet with potential patients, present our Dental Implant Center and aim to grow our patient base.
The Appointment Setter
Revolution Dental Center is looking to add a Lead Appointment Center to its sales team. This individual must be comfortable talking to people from different backgrounds.
We are looking for a sales professional with a hunter mentality. Someone who is motivated by the prospect of pursuing and closing new leads. This position is for someone comfortable talking to people, is driven and highly motivated. Someone who is about building lasting relationships by prioritizing customer/patient needs, prospecting with integrity, and closing with confidence. Every single appointment scheduled gets the company closer to our annual sales goals!
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective patients received through inquiries via CRM platforms, telephone, text and email.
The Appointment Setter will promote Revolution Dental Implants services, care and values by fielding questions and concerns presented by potential patients.
Representing Revolution Dental in a friendly, compassionate and professional manner at every point of contact is a must. The first building block in any relationship is to inspire trust and build rapport.
Duties
● Process all incoming leads
● Call potential patients to establish rapport and schedule consultations.
● Use call setting scripts to provide information about dental implants.
● Identify the patient's needs and pitch the importance of scheduling a dental implant consultation.
● Conduct lead follow up until consultation is completed.
● Update CRM leads on a daily basis.
● Keep a daily report of incoming leads, calls, contacts made and work product metrics.
● Go the extra mile to facilitate consistent consultation shows by conducting appointment confirmation calls, verifying receipt of patient’s appointment details, providing supporting materials/information in between initial call and day of appointment
Requirements
● Proven track record of successfully fulfilling appointment/sales quotas
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Skilled in negotiation and dealing with objections
● Persistent and results-oriented
● Excellence in lead tracking via notes, follow up etc.
● Experience working with CRMs, Social Media Platforms, Email.
● Background in medical/dental sales is a plus but not a requirement.

M-F Business Hours
Rotating on-call weekends as needed
