Custodian (2nd Shift) Role
We are seeking a Custodian to join our growing team, contributing to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our cultivation center.
This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality cannabis products for patients throughout Illinois.
Daily Responsibilities
- Cleanliness and sanitization of Men's and Women's bathrooms
- Organizing and emptying desks and office trash to promote an organized workspace
- Assisting with various errands assigned by office personnel
- Maintaining stock and supplies for bathrooms and break room to support smooth operations
Requirements
- A genuine dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- High School diploma or GED as a foundation for success
- Obtainment of a Cultivation Center Agent Card from the IL Department of Agriculture for regulatory compliance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as visual inspection involving small parts/details
Working Hours
40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
