Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity :
The Director of Lung Cancer Advocacy and Society Engagement will play an important role in driving RevMed’s strategy and external partnership with lung cancer patient advocacy groups and societies. This includes initiating and growing RevMed’s long-term relationships and strategic alliances to meet lung cancer patients needs and reach RevMed’s corporate objectives. This role will report into the Head of Advocacy and Society Engagement and play an integral role in helping to connect RevMed with the community to whom our work is committed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leads creation and implementation of RevMed’s lung cancer advocacy and professional society strategy and tactical plan.
- Serves as the primary point of accountability to develop long-term, trusting relationships across patient and professional societies.
- Drives cross-functional working groups to align teams surrounding patient education, access, and policy initiatives.
- Partners with HR and communications to support organization-wide initiatives, including : bringing the patient voice to RevMed, and orchestrating key employee events that bring our “tireless commitment to patients” into focus for employees.
- Manages and leads the creation of and oversight for the Early Access Program (EAP), including post-trial access. Drives strategy and core decisions through facilitation with the EAP leadership team.
- Engages external patient advocacy groups in dialogue related to delivering health equity to populations in need.

They should possess a proven track record of setting, driving, and delivering on objectives and projects, and have demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with others.
Preferred Skills :
The base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000 to $255,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
